The short version
Capital Kamp: Run Money is a game. Everything in it — jobs, markets, loans, taxes, insurance, investments — is simulated, simplified, and often exaggerated for fun. Nothing in this app is financial, investment, legal, tax, or medical advice. Real-life money decisions should be made with qualified professionals.
1.Acceptance
By using Capital Kamp: Run Money you agree to these Terms. Tapping "I Agree" is your electronic signature; we record the version, time, app version, and a random install ID as proof of acceptance.
2.Entertainment only — no financial advice
The app is a simulation for entertainment. It is NOT financial, investment, banking, credit, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, real-estate, medical, or mental-health advice, and is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. All numbers are fictional, simplified, randomized, or exaggerated for gameplay. Never make real-world decisions based on this app; consult licensed professionals.
3.No reliance; your risk
Any reliance on the app is at your own risk. Success in the game does not mean success in life. Simulated results indicate nothing about real results.
4.Eligibility & children
Capital Kamp: Run Money is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the app. Under 18 requires a parent or guardian's consent to these Terms. If we learn we collected personal information from a child under 13 without required consent, we will delete it as required by law.
5.No real-money trading or gambling
The app does not provide real-money trading, securities, brokerage, banking, lending, gambling, betting, cash prizes, or redeemable rewards. All money, assets, stocks, bonds, businesses, loans, returns, and outcomes are fictional, exist only in the game, and have no cash value.
6.Privacy & ads
We handle information as described in our Privacy Policy. This version collects no personal data and stores your game only on your device. A future free version may show ads or use analytics; if so, that will be disclosed and, where required, you'll be given consent choices.
7.Virtual items & purchases
Any purchases are handled by your app store under their rules, billing, and refund policies. Virtual items and currency have no monetary value and aren't redeemable. Except where law or the store requires, purchases are final.
8.Conduct & IP
Don't reverse-engineer, cheat, or misuse the app. App content (including the Capital Kamp: Run Money and Altabrand names and logos) belongs to us or our licensors to the extent we own or license them. Feedback you send may be used freely.
9.As-is
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
10.Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY REAL-WORLD FINANCIAL LOSSES OR DECISIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US $4.99 OR WHAT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
11.Game balance
We may update, rebalance, reset, remove, rename, limit, or discontinue features, virtual items, simulations, rewards, prices, ads, and events at any time.
12.Enforcement
We may suspend, restrict, reset, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, misused the app, exploited the game, abused users, or created legal, security, or operational risk.
13.Disputes
Except where prohibited, disputes are resolved by binding INDIVIDUAL arbitration, and you WAIVE class actions. You may opt out within 30 days of first acceptance by emailing altabrandllc@gmail.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out" and the install ID shown in Settings. Small-claims court remains available.
14.Changes
We may update the app and these Terms; material changes will be shown for re-acceptance.
15.Contact & law
Published by Altabrand LLC. Questions, notices, and opt-out requests: altabrandllc@gmail.com. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts and arbitration seat are located there, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
